Detailed Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements: Bachelor Degree in B.E, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, or MBA (HR preferred).
- Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch are eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- US Recruiter (Fresher) QuEST Global, you will: Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and understand US recruitment practices and hiring processes.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
